I believe that most people want to improve themselves, the work they do, the environment they live in and their experience and relationships with people. Most often, what is missing is simply the right tools and a little bit of practice to get things going. The “First See” blog is dedicated to topics related to the application of proven process improvement tools and methodologies. In order to begin to improve, we must first learn to see the waste in our work. Only then, can we look deeper to find ways to reduce that waste and then take action.
